Uploading an Asset list via spreadsheet

Hello, I was wondering if it is possible in IQM (either now or in the future) to upload an asset list using a spreadsheet, must the same way as the People module can upload users?   In our situation, as we integrate new departments into our IQM system, they each bring their list of assets that need to be uploaded.  It would be much easier to do this as a spreadsheet as opposed to making singular entries in the Asset module. CheersTony O

Add custom fields to column chooser?

Hello, we’re attempting to export data from our modules, however there is detailed information from fields we customized specific for our occurrences. Is there a way we can bring in custom columns to those tables to sort through and export? I know there is the report function, but we’re having difficulty generating that. To me, it seems like the verbiage we can select is not connected to the items we’ve created in our fields. Thank you for your help.

I am currently looking at rolling out Approval of documents on the platform and was wondering if the constant need for email, password and verification could be switched off.  I can see it becoming cumbersome and people might try to skip the step

Qpulse Queries

No one seems to be getting automatic notifications on their email every time I make a document change that requires approval or acknowledgment from the team. The notifications are only visible once one logs in their QPulse account   People cannot acknowledge documents, as the acknowledgement button (the green tick symbol on the upper part of the screen) is greyed out Documents that have been previously uploaded in PDF form (directives, manuals, etc., like the ones below) do not open. When we click on them the software crashes

Archiving Training Plan History

I have created a course in Ideagen Academy and it has recently been updated. Now, once people have completed the course, both revision 1 and revision 2 of the course show in their training plan as a requirement for their competencies. Is there a way to archive completed requirements within competencies to only show the most recent requirement?

Batch Owner re-assignment

Hi there, I am wondering if there is a way to change Document owners by batch, for example all Documents in certain Type to be assigned to a specific person? So far, I have only found you are able to change ownership if the person is no longer an active user but this does not seem to offer the ability to differentiate between Types/Subtypes or through advanced workload but that seems to be only for “actions” e.g. due review rather than actual ownership of the document. Would be grateful for your advice. 😊 Kind regardsMonika

Is there a way to import multiple occurrences into IQM?

Is there a way to import multiple occurrences into IQM via excel or other potential method? We get several hundred occurrences a day that we would need to upload. Importing in bulk would be more beneficial than individually adding them. We could format our excel or other document to reflect that of the Occurrence Summary format. Thank you so much for your help.

Dashboards - Filtering for Occurrence Fields

When creating the dashboards I am having difficulty locating the fields from the occurrence forms we have created. (We have multiple managed lists and check box fields but unable to locate these when creating the dashboards). I have selected both Occurrence Fields and Incident data sources.

Document Approval

When a document was issued out for approval one of the approvers highlighted the incorrect name and was able to reject the document with comment and saveIs there a way to lock it so that they are only able to complete the approve/reject against their own nameI don’t want to end up in a scenarios where by one person can go in and approve/reject for everyoneAny advise would be appreciated

Error message

Has anyone else encountered this message when attempting to log in after switching between accounts multiple times, which then prevents further access to the system? I'm currently in the process of validation and need to frequently switch between my admin and basic user accounts. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

About to Open Audit for the First Time Version 7.3

Q-Pulse Version 7.3.  We are about to Open the Audit module. When I am completing a Audit and raising a NC it is taking me automatically into Incidents and not CA/CP module.  Is this a set-up issue?In the Incident module I can raise a Non-Conformance and CA/PA in a sub-tab is this enough for external auditor?Why is it not taking me to CA/PA?Why is it only taking me to Incidents?Are these two modules meant to be connected?When I raise a NC sometimes the actions arenot connected to the NC, does this mean if I raise and NC and action separately it will still be connected to the Audit? Can I only open Audit and Incident module; and work solely from there to ensure all NCs and Actions are followed up?  Is there a necessity to open CAPA?The analysis tab, does this make a difference only have the Audit/Incident module in use?Is there anything else I am missing about Audit - Incident and CA/PA? Any guidance or advise you have would be gratefully appreciated.

Windows Authentication not working after upgrade to 7.6

Hello,We have a test server where we installed Q-Pulse 7.1.7 and upgraded it to IQM 7.6 and noticed that Windows Authentication no longer works.  We are still using the same Dbconnections.xml file that we had with the 7.1.7 install.  We are on a Citrix environment, but even when we run Q-Pulse directly from the application server, Windows authentication doesn’t work.Can anyone offer suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?  Did I miss an installation step somewhere?

New servers build requirement.

Good morning team Currently we’re trying to get away of old 2012 server. So, all the apps running on server 2012 need to be migrated to newer server, however, need to know the new server build requirement. So, could you please advise me what are the required/configuration details for new server build to run QPulse without any issues, please? Also, please advise if any firewall rules need to be applied, I mean if server needs to communicate internet in in/out way please – if required, I need to know the port names, IP address, web address etc? Thank you.

Permissions for adding attachments in CAPA wizards only

Good evening, I’ve got a question regarding permissions for CAPA wizard. We would like to give users the ability to add an attachment in a CAPA wizard. And while we can attachments to the wizards, users with “create CA/PA via wizard” permissions are not able to add an attachment. We don’t want to statically assign ‘CA/PA edit attachments’ permissions as we only would like the option of adding attachments in the wizard rather than all users being able to edit attachments in CA/PAs at a later date. Is there a way to achieve this via the wizard? Thanks, Anna

Hi all,I logged onto Ideagen Academy to look at the People and Training module courses, and it only has the ‘professional’ version. At the beginning of this course, it states that you must have watched the basic version beforehand, but I am not able to locate the basic version within the registerCan anyone assist, please?
