Designing customer/supplier notification reports
Hi All, Many years ago, in a previous job, I had the pleasure of attending an Ideagen conference that I believe was help in Nottingham but I can’t quite remember.I do remember one of the attendees giving a presentation on how they created bespoke reports to send to suppliers for notification of complaints.In my current role I am back working with Q-Pulse, or it’s new identity as Ideagen Quality Management Professional, and would like to update the look and feel of the reports we are using for supplier (and customer) notifications. If you are still around and are able to share the information/presentation that would be fantastic.If anyone else has a good how-to guide for setting up reports that would also be much appreciated!Thank you
