Hi everyone,I’ve been reading about cycle counting and how businesses are moving away from full inventory audits.Instead of counting everything at once, the idea is to count smaller sets of inventory regularly — daily, weekly, or monthly depending on importance.It sounds efficient, especially for reducing errors and avoiding large audit disruptions.But I’m curious about real-world usage:Does it actually improve inventory accuracy? Is it easy for teams to maintain consistently? Does it work well without dedicated software?Would love to hear your experience.

I would like to search for all items that have their last activity by date that have a certain outcome.i.e.  All items with an outcome of Booking\OUT as below: This would enable me to list all items that are booked out of our gauge store.Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.   

I want to create a Document Report that includes the Published Date instead of the Approval Date. Using the system field of Approval Date can lead to multiple rows for the same document, because there may be multiple approvers. I want only one row per document and the date to be the date it was published. Is there a way to do this currently?

Would love some help please! We currently have our documents set to keep active date fixed (the date when the document originally became live) and review date to update when a document is reviewed. In some instances however, active date is updating after a review has been performed. For the life of me, I can’t work out where I can fix this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hello! Is there a way to import training records from an excl spreadsheet? We are in mid-transition and I am trying to get historical training records uploaded into the QMS. I had hoped that the academy integration would move the records, but that does not appear to be there case. So I am leaning towards entering the completed training records (prior to 2025 when we got Academy/QMS) into the QMS but am unsure if it is possible to import them directly. I have a ticket currently open about the issue however I have not had any response, and it has been over a month. I need to work on getting this completed but am stuck. 

Hi Everyone,I’m looking for guidance on best practices for requesting employees to acknowledge a document in the system without allowing them to acknowledge it on behalf of someone else. Unfortunately, at the moment this is possible, and I haven’t been able to find a way to restrict that permission.Additionally, is there a way to limit the visibility of the acknowledgement actions, so that each employee only sees the acknowledgement line associated with their own name, rather than seeing acknowledgement actions for all employees across the company?The screenshot below shows our current setup, which is what’s currently visible to all users.Any advice on configuration and permissions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! 

Our company has been using Reactec wearable technology for HAVS for a number of years. We had been set up for receiving operator exposure email alerts for when operators exceed the HAVS EAV or ELV. These emails have stopped since the admin portal changed from Reactec to Ideagen & I can't find how to switch the email alerts back on. Any help on switching the operator exposure alert emails back on would be appreciated. Thank you.

As an admin for our organization, I have available to me in my login page a resource tab. This is where I have stored our risk policies and procedures. We have 12 different business units with each one having its own risk register. What I have noticed is that when risk owners login they do not have the resources drop down. Is there someway to make this available to risk owners so they have access to the resources?

I have recently started using the Dashboard Designer and I am having some trouble. I have 4 differtent Asset Types and 4 Different Activity Types, when I do Activity Type Name in the data/filter menu I am only seeing Calibration. Same with Asset Type, I am only seeing one type. How can I get all of them to populate in the filter menu?

 I need to bulk download around 300  DSE assessments and results and training records of various users.  Is there a way I can do this please?

Hi all, Does anyone know if there is a quick way to find out the date a user was archived?We have the audit logger but you cant specifically search for when a user was archived as an event. Thanks :) 

Hi all,I find it quite frustrating that when adding a Supplier Contact, a new person has to be created rather than being able to select someone from the existing list of people already in IQM. Once the contact is added, they appear in the list of people anyway.Additionally, if the person already exists in the system in another module, the Supplier module will not allow them to be added as a contact because it flags the entry as a duplicate. In this situation, it would be extremely helpful to have the option to select an existing person from a dropdown list.I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue, or if this is already being considered as part of product development or future improvements?Thank you!

We would like to perform a daily extract of all users along with their associated Reporting Authority. Specifically, we are targeting users assigned the iCAP Participant role and need to determine whether each user is vetted for Framatome, Canada, or is unvetted.Is it possible to retrieve this information via the Search API?  We are planning to programmatically collect this data and store it in a local database.

Hi all, We need assistance on trying to configure a cover page for any documents that are being exported from the system. We have instances where we would need to send controlled copies of our documents, i.e policies to customers and therefore need the version number, last reviewed date, author etc on the document. I understand that report builder can generate this meta data and we have configured our own report in the report designer to do this, however, whenever we try to print the document or export - only the report comes up. Is there a way to append the document itself after the report?  For reference, we are on version 7.9.0.1 and have access to the web and desktop client. 

Hello, has anyone used the Form Filler automation in Workflows? The Ideagen help guide says: Form Filler populates a Word template with data from the Workflow. The filled form can then be attached to the Workflow as a record, added to the document tree in a specific location, or both. The form can also be converted to PDF for final storage if desired.which sounds like it could be really helpful. How do I set up the Word template so it can be populated? And how do I set up the Workflow so that it will populate the template?

Is there a way to restrict users so they can only view specific document types?We currently have separate document types set up for SOPs and Forms. Our goal is to allow users to view both, but only permit printing for Forms.However, I wasn’t able to find anything in the admin module that supports this level of selective control, permissions appear to be all or nothing when it comes to printing.

Hi, We have just discovered that two of our databases have different search option within the Document module.One database has “Content” as a default option, the other does not have this. How we can remove “Content” from the search options?
