We would like to perform a daily extract of all users along with their associated Reporting Authority. Specifically, we are targeting users assigned the iCAP Participant role and need to determine whether each user is vetted for Framatome, Canada, or is unvetted.Is it possible to retrieve this information via the Search API?  We are planning to programmatically collect this data and store it in a local database.

Hi all, We need assistance on trying to configure a cover page for any documents that are being exported from the system. We have instances where we would need to send controlled copies of our documents, i.e policies to customers and therefore need the version number, last reviewed date, author etc on the document. I understand that report builder can generate this meta data and we have configured our own report in the report designer to do this, however, whenever we try to print the document or export - only the report comes up. Is there a way to append the document itself after the report?  For reference, we are on version 7.9.0.1 and have access to the web and desktop client. 

Hello, has anyone used the Form Filler automation in Workflows? The Ideagen help guide says: Form Filler populates a Word template with data from the Workflow. The filled form can then be attached to the Workflow as a record, added to the document tree in a specific location, or both. The form can also be converted to PDF for final storage if desired.which sounds like it could be really helpful. How do I set up the Word template so it can be populated? And how do I set up the Workflow so that it will populate the template?

Is there a way to restrict users so they can only view specific document types?We currently have separate document types set up for SOPs and Forms. Our goal is to allow users to view both, but only permit printing for Forms.However, I wasn’t able to find anything in the admin module that supports this level of selective control, permissions appear to be all or nothing when it comes to printing.

Hi, We have just discovered that two of our databases have different search option within the Document module.One database has “Content” as a default option, the other does not have this. How we can remove “Content” from the search options?

We are attempting to drive an integration with PleaseReview via a custom app. To do so, we have attempted to create a trusted client in our portal, and call ListLoginMethods and Login1. Hi all, Does anyone know if there is a quick way to find out the date a user was archived?We have the audit logger but you cant specifically search for when a user was archived as an event. Thanks :) 

I am fairy certain Paul has previously said that Run Charts were not previously possible within InPhase but it was something in development. Is it now possible to set up run charts within InPhase? If so, can I be pointed in the direction of where I can learn how to do so? If not, is this still the intention, and if so, when?

Would love some help please! We currently have our documents set to keep active date fixed (the date when the document originally became live) and review date to update when a document is reviewed. In some instances however, active date is updating after a review has been performed. For the life of me, I can’t work out where I can fix this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, Has anyone been having issues updating a diagram in a workflow? I modified the workflow and wanted to update the diagram. I can view the changes to the diagram when I have the workflow offline, it will open as a download in the format type I selected in the workflow designer. But when I put the workflow online and try to initiate the workflow, the diagram in the footer is the old diagram. Just to be sure, I deleted the diagram in the workflow, then attached the modified diagram again and it did the same thing. The new diagram downloads, but when put online it shows the old diagram in the footer. What am I doing wrong? 

Hello, We are looking to download a backup of all of our information that we keep on the PI module of Ideagen Risk Management and were wondering if there was some type of bulk export functionality? We have lots of documents uploaded which are assigned to PIs as well as the inputs for the PI’s themselves, both of which we would want to somehow bulk export rather than manually recording. Is this possible? Please let me know, thank you.

I’m reviewing the documentation and would like to do a search in the API against our CAPA module where a specific word like “tubes” appears on an object.  It appears that you can only do a strict string search on a specific field, not a general search.  Anyone had any luck with this?

Hello,We are deploying the Ideagen Quality Management iOS application to supervised corporate iPads using Omnissa Workspace ONE (UEM) MDM.During the first launch, the application requires users to manually enter the Server URL and Audit Server URL.Since the devices are centrally managed, we would like to know if the iOS application supports Managed App Configuration (AppConfig) via MDM so these values can be preconfigured automatically.Does the application support MDM configuration (AppConfig)?If yes, could you provide the configuration keys or an example configuration payload (JSON / plist / XML) that can be used with Workspace ONE?Thank you.Best rgds,Josip

Quality Event Workflows lose their titles, descriptions and attachments when workflows reach the Final Assessment stage.

Hello, we’ve had QM Essentials for a few years.  My predecessor created 2 custom work flows we primarily use.  We’ve wanted to expand the security on these to include other managers in our lab system.  Currently only myself and a few other QA folks have access as admins.  We’ve enabled the others to view and alter reports, as well as for them to view security in the reports tab for the custom report we’ve created for the custom workflow (that’s been established for years).  The users (who we thought we gave appropriate permissions to) still can’t run the report.  An error message is given.  I understand that maybe embedded within that workflow are additional security measures.  We’ve also enabled workflow definitions for them and within the workflow toggled on view security.  Any ideas on why they still can not run reports? 

Is there a way to have a workflow generate a report at the end?Idealy i would like to have this sent to either a SharePoint folder or an internal folder in Qualtrax.The goal is to be ablet o look up old reports if you dont know the information to search the primary database of the workflow. Or have a PDF/Word/ or other format created to be exproted to send to internal and external customers. the work flow we are trying to do this with are quality non conformances.

Is there currently a way to use the external custom fields to attach more than one file at a time?I have users needing to upload between 2 and 20 pictures and having to go through the ‘Choose File’ button for each is very time consuming. Is there a way to bulk attach to the form/ workflow?

Hello, I archived a person inadvertently and I need to reinstate them. How can I do that?I tried to do so in the admin module, but I kept getting the error that the name was not unique. But I cannot find a way to reinstate them through the people module.  

Is there a way to move the tabs located on the right side of the dashboard to left side of the screen?

Can anyone help with a process for removing the ability for staff to quick add categories or options while using the live environment. I presume this would involve creating a security group and adding all staff to it. Additions would then be managed through the managed lists in admin Thanks David

HI,  We want an additional Matrix to display Opportunities score  in addition to the existing Risk Matrix with a different colour coding and descriptions etc.  Any one done this or know if it’s possible? Many thanks Ian
