Hello, When you have users that leave the business and you archive them, when they have outstanding actions like Document acknowledgements, is there any way you can do this easily? Currently I have to reassign ownership to an admin account and sign them off myself with a comment. Is there anything else that other users do that works better?Thanks, Kay

While we are starting fresh on this new platform, I need to raise the question that I am most commonly asked about Ideagen EHS Core - formerly Lucidity.What exactly is the limiting factor that is preventing the implementation of the Competency Module (i.e the ability to complete e-Learning) via the App? Currently 95% of our work force utilises the App for the majority of their use of the software, but still need to use the desktop version to complete their inductions / e-Learning. We have force loaded a link to the desktop site onto all the company managed mobile devices, but a large portion of our workforce use their personal devices to access the App, meaning we have had to explain that the app if for forms etc, and the desktop site is for e-learning and show them how to bookmark a web page (which was quite an undertaking for some less tech savvy demographics of our workforce).  I understand something like this needs significant software development, but the question remains; Is this

I have QCP, and having trouble when exporting form 3 to excel. Multi-page reports are just repeats of page 1 - has anyone got a fix for this? Or, am I missing something? Looking at having to copy and paste sections after ballooning various versions of the drawing to create separate reports is not a thing I want to do!

I want to create a Document Report that includes the Published Date instead of the Approval Date. Using the system field of Approval Date can lead to multiple rows for the same document, because there may be multiple approvers. I want only one row per document and the date to be the date it was published. Is there a way to do this currently?
