      Hi, just seeing if there is any known issues with Samsung devices having trouble with syncing Vault Notify & Check. We are experiencing users with Samsung devices being unable to or it's taking a long time for them to upload reports and audits. We use workforce safety.

      Has anybody managed to change the date format in the report designer for the CAPA notifications? Despite changing the format - it still comes through in the America format on the emails. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

      (Feature Request) Actions Completion Vs Open Action better visualisation of Open Actions and the ability to filter out closed actions

      Please can this be treated as a feature request.Separation of completed and open actions on the Action module. For example, having completed actions highlighted in green or separated from the actions that are still outstanding, and could sit at the top of the actions part of the risk form in a filtered format. That allows users to only show opened, closed or overdue actions.As you can see, from the screenshot below, it is not immediately obvious what is closed and what is not.Thank you Ben (South Western Ambulance)

      How do I create an InPhase account linked to my work email?

      I can't access my InPhase account to record a feedback from a service user. It tells me that there is no account associated with my work email address when I try to log onto InPhase. I've signed up and logged onto the Luminate webpage, but I'm just unable to still access InPhase. Would you please be able to help me? Thank you. Bw, Sara

      Q-Pulse FAIR Form 1

      Good morning all,My query is in regard to adding items to form 1 in boxes 15-18. If I add, for example, a CotS item, the FAIR is automatically change to an “Assembly” FAIR in box 13. This is incorrect to the AS9102 standard and the report should stay as a “Detail” FAIR. Is there any way to stop this automation when a sub part is created in the repository?Thanks in advance. DR

      People module – Event history, completed date & renew-by logic

      Hi all,I have a question regarding the People module, specifically how Event History works for recurring or renewable events.In the Event History, I would like to add a new event of a certain type with: a Completed Date, and a Renew By date (for the next cycle). Could someone clarify how the logic works in practice for reminders and escalation?Once an event has both a Completed Date and a Renew By date, when do reminders stop?  After the Completed Date is entered in a new event of the same type and has a completed date or I have to edit the same event with the new completed date and a new renew by? But by doing that I will lose historical record of previous event.

      Hi[Redacted] has been using Damstra Check for years but has recently been logged out and can’t get back in.I’ve issued a new token, but it isn’t working. We’ve deleted the app, restarted the phone, and reinstalled it, but the issue is still happening.[Redacted] is logging in via Token #, entering: Surname: [Redacted] Token number He receives the message: “Login failed – please provide correct surname or token.”Could someone please investigate this for us?Thanks

      Discontinued Documents

      Hi Everyone, I am looking some advice on best practices regarding discontinued documents. When a document is discontinued, the training department currently carry out several steps:Remove the document from all staff Training plans  Remove the document from all standard Job Roles Remove outstanding renewable flags from all training events.  Archive the Master event.As a large organisation we have recently discontinued may of our induction documents which are applicable company wide. The above process has caused this to be a mammoth task.  Could you advise if the above steps are all necessary or if there is a admin setting we can use or if there is a better way to achieve the same outcome. Thank you in advance for your help with this.Kind regards,Sarah-Louise

      Document acknowledgement permissions and visibility

      Hi Everyone,I’m looking for guidance on best practices for requesting employees to acknowledge a document in the system without allowing them to acknowledge it on behalf of someone else. Unfortunately, at the moment this is possible, and I haven’t been able to find a way to restrict that permission.Additionally, is there a way to limit the visibility of the acknowledgement actions, so that each employee only sees the acknowledgement line associated with their own name, rather than seeing acknowledgement actions for all employees across the company?The screenshot below shows our current setup, which is what’s currently visible to all users.Any advice on configuration and permissions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

      Pre/Post Upgrade Steps

      Last month we migrated from on-prem Q-Pulse to IQM Cloud.Yesterday we got a hotfix in our pre-production environment, and it seems at least some of our custom configuration got wiped in the process, namely all of our custom reports (and their corresponding configurations on the web reporting portals). Now I’m wondering what else we may have lost.Does anyone have or know of a complete list of what needs to be backed up/re-done before and after an upgrade?The fact that I even have to ask this is ridiculous. I manage multiple cloud apps and this is the only one where I have to worry about losing anything when the vendor updates the version. Yet more confirmation that Ideagen went cloud without having cloud architecture in place.

      Replication Feature

      Does anyone use the replication feature? I am trying to replicate a particular tree in our document structure to SharePoint but when I try to test it I get the following error:Error connecting to Output Location. Please verify path and permissions of the Output Location.I am not sure if this means that my SharePoint location needs to be updated to allow the information from the Ideagen system or if I am somehow adding the wrong path?

      Copy from Subform to Non-Subform

      With the automated workflow launcher function, we are able to launch individual instances of the desired workflow from each row in a sub-form. Is there a way to copy information from the sub-form fields into the same field, but that is a discrete field in the newly launched workflow (i.e., the newly launched workflow does not have the sub-form).

      Recurrent sync issue in iOS mobile app, version 2.8.0

      Hello!We have a pretty frequent issue where the iOS app errors out when trying to sync to the server to push updates to our ipads that we use for offline document access (which has to be up to date at all times, so the sync failure causes a gap in compliance). There are three errors that appear: 2 error messages or the app just crashing. The only thing that we have figured out for “fixing” the issue (per our IT dept) is to just keep trying until it works, however I have spent several hours over several days just trying and trying again to no avail. The only time it becomes successful is when I bring them over to IT and my IT guy does the same exact thing that I’ve been doing.Here’s one error we see: And the other one just says “Unable to Sync - Unable to complete a sync. Ideagen Quality Management server may be down”. We know that the server isn’t down because we’re accessing it just fine elsewhere.Anybody have a better solution to these errors beyond just centering all of my work hour
