How do I archive a user with outstanding workload? This used to be straightforward in the system where you could go to Admin > People > Select User > Archive however. since this function has moved to the Admin Console / User Management on the web I’m struggling to do this. I have managed to make the user ‘Inactive’ in the admin module but can’t find where the outstanding workload has went for this user. I have checked the section for reassigning ownership in advanced workload and it is not there.

Hello,We really like the feature that allows us to convert a document (Word, Excel etc.) to a PDF. This can be done either when activating a draft, or when submitting for approval.Of course, we can also convert back again: When an active document is revised into a new draft/active document, and the checkbox to base the new file on a copy of the old is selected, the original attachment (Word/Excel) is made available again. This is great. We don’t need to keep backup copies of the original in other locations (file server etc.).However, in a few cases, such as when needing to make a minor adjustment or typo correction after a document has been made active, but without going through the full revision process, it’s more difficult.This is perhaps an edge case.Example workflow that leads to this issue:Create a Draft document, upload Word file, Activate and Convert to PDF Note a small mistake in the active document. Hi there,I’m currently in the process of testing out the Safe Food software, and I’m trying to get the training module working. When creating a program, you can assign competency assessment questions. When i try to then create a training under that program, it only allows me to complete a report for the training. How would i go about sending the competency assessment questions to the employees being trained on the program?Thanks. 

Just recently within the last day or two started to get this message? It does not pop up on all emails and at this point seems to be random? What setting is this related to?

I am fairy certain Paul has previously said that Run Charts were not previously possible within InPhase but it was something in development. Is it now possible to set up run charts within InPhase? If so, can I be pointed in the direction of where I can learn how to do so? If not, is this still the intention, and if so, when?

I am trying to edit some questions for a Clinical Audit but when I try to save and overwrite, it tells me unable to change question from YesNoNA to Boolean (yesNo) as there are 376 entries.  When I then tried to create a different version it had the same error message.  How can I edit the questionnaire?

Good morning,Prior to the Ideagen Hub upgrade our users with Site Manager access were able to add new, archive or delete users.  Now they do not have access to Ideagen Hub to do this - I can give them Administrator access to HR & that gives them access to the Ideagen Hub home page, but not the Admin Console.  Can you please advise how this access can be set up ?

New to Ideagen, and just trying it out, so apologies for the basic questions. Auditor completed a step, entering the description of work done in the “Comments” field within that planning step. Then set the step to “Completed.” Now I (supervisor) need to review, but I cannot see the text she entered into the Comments field. What are we doing wrong?  Should the auditor not set the test to Completed? If she leaves it open, how do I know it’s ready to review? Thanks!

Hello, has anyone used the Form Filler automation in Workflows? The Ideagen help guide says: Form Filler populates a Word template with data from the Workflow. The filled form can then be attached to the Workflow as a record, added to the document tree in a specific location, or both. The form can also be converted to PDF for final storage if desired.which sounds like it could be really helpful. How do I set up the Word template so it can be populated? And how do I set up the Workflow so that it will populate the template?

Is there a way to create an attachment Library?

Just wondering if anyone could help with distributing document acknowledgement and document review emails from the system.Currently, when the action owners receive the email, all recipient email addresses are visible in the To field. Is there any way to hide these email addresses? Many thanks for helping.
