    Can someone tell me how to best set up annual renewable courses in Academy so they are reflected in the person’s workload in IQM?   Are there any docs available that explain how the link between the ‘People’ module in IQM and Academy works, and how you get Academy and IQM to work in conjunction to manage outstanding training events?

    Recurrent sync issue in iOS mobile app, version 2.8.0

    Hello!We have a pretty frequent issue where the iOS app errors out when trying to sync to the server to push updates to our ipads that we use for offline document access (which has to be up to date at all times, so the sync failure causes a gap in compliance). There are three errors that appear: 2 error messages or the app just crashing. The only thing that we have figured out for “fixing” the issue (per our IT dept) is to just keep trying until it works, however I have spent several hours over several days just trying and trying again to no avail. The only time it becomes successful is when I bring them over to IT and my IT guy does the same exact thing that I’ve been doing.Here’s one error we see: And the other one just says “Unable to Sync - Unable to complete a sync. Ideagen Quality Management server may be down”. We know that the server isn’t down because we’re accessing it just fine elsewhere.Anybody have a better solution to these errors beyond just centering all of my work hour

    e-Learning in the Ideagen EHS Core App

    While we are starting fresh on this new platform, I need to raise the question that I am most commonly asked about Ideagen EHS Core - formerly Lucidity.What exactly is the limiting factor that is preventing the implementation of the Competency Module (i.e the ability to complete e-Learning) via the App? Currently 95% of our work force utilises the App for the majority of their use of the software, but still need to use the desktop version to complete their inductions / e-Learning. We have force loaded a link to the desktop site onto all the company managed mobile devices, but a large portion of our workforce use their personal devices to access the App, meaning we have had to explain that the app if for forms etc, and the desktop site is for e-learning and show them how to bookmark a web page (which was quite an undertaking for some less tech savvy demographics of our workforce).  I understand something like this needs significant software development, but the question remains; Is this

    In the documents module, you can link related documents in Document Properties Editor. Is there a way to setup something similar in the Assets module? We’d like to link related assets by their unique numbers.

    Using the deputy function in administration

    I want to use the deputy function in the administration module for a staff member who will be away a fixed period.  I believe this should send all the CAPA and document notifications and escalations to the deputy and allow them to action against his name. Is this correct? Does any one have any experience of using this function? Thanks Paul

    Hi , how to create people in the People module and then assign them a Q-Pulse login in the Administration module.Actually i added a user profile on People module and added all training records then realized had not created the user via Administration module. I want to link this profile to the administration module as need to create log in id as well. I checked in the setting i wasnt able to find anything.     Deleting selected records, that are potentially linked across different modules

    I need to delete selected records, in particular submitted occurrence forms; due to data retention  requirements/regulations. this would require running a search against a bespoke date field and then deleting in bulk (probably 100s or more likely thousands at a time). this process would need to also delete any linked Incident and CAPA records at the same time. There's no obvious function i can see to do this, unless anyone can advise differently?alternative would be to commission a bespoke SQL script to perform this activity, which we’d then run again annually. anyone ever done anything similar. and/or how do other clients deal with data retention requirements?

    Opening documents from the new modern inbox

    Is it possible to go directly to a document from your inbox? I recently switched to the new inbox format and have found the only way to get to a document is by clicking on it, selecting document properties and then opening the document from properties. Frustrating not to be able get directly to the document anymore.
