Hi, just seeing if there is any known issues with Samsung devices having trouble with syncing Vault Notify & Check. We are experiencing users with Samsung devices being unable to or it's taking a long time for them to upload reports and audits. We use workforce safety.

We’ve deleted the app, restarted the phone, and reinstalled it, but the issue is still happening.[Redacted] is logging in via Token #, entering: Surname: [Redacted] Token number He receives the message: “Login failed – please provide correct surname or token.”Could someone please investigate this for us?Thanks

Hi, trying to get some information for our IT guys. We are looking to extract data into our internal databases so Power BI reports can be built using that. Have had a look through API documentation.
