    (Feature Request) Actions Completion Vs Open Action better visualisation of Open Actions and the ability to filter out closed actions

    Please can this be treated as a feature request.Separation of completed and open actions on the Action module. For example, having completed actions highlighted in green or separated from the actions that are still outstanding, and could sit at the top of the actions part of the risk form in a filtered format. That allows users to only show opened, closed or overdue actions.As you can see, from the screenshot below, it is not immediately obvious what is closed and what is not.Thank you Ben (South Western Ambulance)

    How do I create an InPhase account linked to my work email?

    I can't access my InPhase account to record a feedback from a service user. It tells me that there is no account associated with my work email address when I try to log onto InPhase. I've signed up and logged onto the Luminate webpage, but I'm just unable to still access InPhase. Would you please be able to help me? Thank you. Bw, Sara

    How to create notifications based on due dates

    Is it possible to create a notification email based on a due date on a questionnaire? We would like to be able to send reminder emails to people a couple of weeks before the due date.

(I have no idea if that’s the correct process but hey, hopefully someone from IdeaGen is watching)! We have the requirement across several of our apps to send out notifications to users based on the value of a date-based question answer.In particular a ‘due by’ date when action is needed, for example to update an incident, safeguarding concern, feedback, policy or risk.This might be a reminder that the date is soon, has arrived, or is overdue - and to keep reminding users.Several customers have posted on the forums about this, there are rumours of a fix but no one seems to have implemented it and we’ve been told by consultants and the service desk that it’s not possible. This really should be standard functionality in the product. All it would take is to have a question rule option within Triggers, where: The answer to [date question] is working days from today - with the option to enter a positive or nega

    Hello, does anyone have any guidance on how I may be able to create some dashboards using comment, free-text data? I have tried doing this on a Trends Table, however the ‘value’ column is locked and the formatting looks a bit rough and ready. I’m trying to create an attractive dashboard to be shared with the wider organisation and am struggling to get free-text data into it in a user friendly way.

    Heads up! Customer Jolts just relocated to Events 🗓️

    Over the past week you may have noticed a new tab appear in your Ideagen Luminate navigation for Events. This is your new dedicated space to find all upcoming events and webinars, and to catch up on previous ones on-demand!What does this mean for me?The existing area for Customer Jolts on Community will be closing in the coming days. All previously accessible Customer Jolts will be moved to the new Events tab. There are also some other improvements such as:Being able to access a list of upcoming customer-specific events. Register early and get a notification on the day of the event. Access all of our past events on-demand in order of newest to oldest. Filter the type of event to only show results that you’re interested in. Searchable results to find the content you’re looking for.We hope this makes it easier to find and register for events.     Divisional name changes

    Hi all,One of our divisions is changing their name from Cancer & Diagnostics to Core Clinical Services. Does anybody know of an easy way to update all the reports we already have set up for the division without having to go into them all and add in the new divisional name?Has anybody else had any experience of this?     Timescales for upload of NICE guidance and CAS alerts

    Hi, how do users of the CAS app and the NICE app manage the delays with the alerts/guidance being uploaded to the system? We are essentially running two processes for CAS, updating the CAS website and retrospectively updating Inphase. We haven’t started using the NICE app yet, but are concerned that the month delay would impact our processes and the ability to meet timescales. I’m keen to hear how other Trusts are managing this?

    ENHANCEMENT REQUEST - Audit App - compliance for individual checklists

    Our users of the Audit App (we call it Digital Checklist App) have asked if it’s possible to see the compliance rate of an individual checklist in the list of completed checklists:They feel that it would be much easier for them to identify  a completed checklist that is demonstrating a low compliance rate and go straight into it to explore why the rate is lower than having to open multiple checklists to find the anomaly.Ideagen were unable to provide this function and we have put in an enhancement request.

    Hello everyone,We were suggested to raise it here. It would be good to have a bit more visibility on the enhancement requests we request. At the moment, once the request is submitted that is the last thing we know - it doesn't have a ticket number, no update, when it is discussed with dev team, does it have a "position number" on the list of enhancement lists? It would be good to know when/if Dev team discuss it, what feedback/discussion is happening and most importantly decision and possible ETA if it is to be taken on. Thanks!

    Does anyone know if it is possible to restrict access to a certain record within an app? We sometimes have incidents or complaints that are of a sensitive nature and we want to restrict who can see them to only a few people.

    LFPSE data source issue impacting all uses across entire Trust

    Hi,Is anyone experiencing issues with the LFPSE data source within the last 24 hours?We are unable to see any data from pages built off a live connect for LFPSE, and we are also unable to access live connect via data source option in administrator to ascertain the issue.Have attached an image of the error message in the hope someone recognises and can offer advice.Thanks!

    Enhancement request - Audit App - to be able to filter using the answer to an individual question

    We requested some time ago the ability to filter on the answer of an individual question on the Audit App (we call it digital checklists).So for example we have a digital checklist for resus equipment trolleys and grab bags - it’s the same checklist, but we wanted to separate them by trolley or grab bag with one table just for trolleys and another for grab bags. Currently I’m manually selecting by org unit (not fool-proof as some areas have both types). If I filter by answer - I end up with only that answer - all other questions/answers disappearing.Would anyone else be interested in this enhancement? Or do you know a work-around other than creating two separate checklists?

    (Feature Request) Allow Organisations to Amend/Remove Questions in the Tasks Form

    We would ideally like to be able to amend the task form, so that we can remove the elements within the form that we don’t need and streamline the form so that it gains more use with users that don’t operate InPhase very often. We know we can add questions, however, we can’t add them in the order that we want users to fill them out.

    Number in Infographic dissapears

    Hi, I am currently building a report where I am using infographic numbers. When I save the page and test in enterprise with slicer the numbers change but one box just appears blank (i.e no 0 count shows).  Does anyone know where I am going wrong?

    Time delay for complaint response when consent required

    On our complaints once a record has been created it moves to a review stage. When it enters the stage there is a rule that calculates the date that the response is due (20 working days) and the acknowledge by date (3 working days). The problem is when the complaint is raise on behalf of then we require consent from the patient and this stops the clock on the response date. We have added in the stop the clock option to the form but this does not seem to recalculate the dates once consent has been received.Does anyone else have this feature and have any solutions for the system to recalculate the due date once consent is received?
