Timescales for upload of NICE guidance and CAS alerts

Hi, how do users of the CAS app and the NICE app manage the delays with the alerts/guidance being uploaded to the system? We are essentially running two processes for CAS, updating the CAS website and retrospectively updating Inphase. We haven’t started using the NICE app yet, but are concerned that the month delay would impact our processes and the ability to meet timescales. I’m keen to hear how other Trusts are managing this?

How to create notifications based on due dates

Is it possible to create a notification email based on a due date on a questionnaire? We would like to be able to send reminder emails to people a couple of weeks before the due date.

Enhancement Requests

Hello everyone,We were suggested to raise it here. It would be good to have a bit more visibility on the enhancement requests we request. At the moment, once the request is submitted that is the last thing we know - it doesn't have a ticket number, no update, when it is discussed with dev team, does it have a "position number" on the list of enhancement lists? It would be good to know when/if Dev team discuss it, what feedback/discussion is happening and most importantly decision and possible ETA if it is to be taken on. Thanks!

(Feature Request) Allow Organisations to Amend/Remove Questions in the Tasks Form

We would ideally like to be able to amend the task form, so that we can remove the elements within the form that we don’t need and streamline the form so that it gains more use with users that don’t operate InPhase very often. We know we can add questions, however, we can’t add them in the order that we want users to fill them out.

Audit App - Compliance and Text together

Hi Everyone, Is there a way to “combine” compliance questions with the live connect information (text information, or non compliance questions)? We have not been able to display in the same widget this information and we have tried using object query and not been successful. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Number in Infographic dissapears

Hi, I am currently building a report where I am using infographic numbers. When I save the page and test in enterprise with slicer the numbers change but one box just appears blank (i.e no 0 count shows).  Does anyone know where I am going wrong?

Time delay for complaint response when consent required

On our complaints once a record has been created it moves to a review stage. When it enters the stage there is a rule that calculates the date that the response is due (20 working days) and the acknowledge by date (3 working days). The problem is when the complaint is raise on behalf of then we require consent from the patient and this stops the clock on the response date. We have added in the stop the clock option to the form but this does not seem to recalculate the dates once consent has been received.Does anyone else have this feature and have any solutions for the system to recalculate the due date once consent is received?

(Feature Request) Initially Uploaded Date to LFPSE in the box under the InPhase ID

In regards to LFPSE validation and the need to achieve this easily and without it being a massive admin sink.Created date is a good start, however, there is a need to have a date along the top where you have updated on LFPSE with a first initial date uploaded to the national system. As sometimes when LFPSE goes down and the API then requires a re-save this makes the created date and initial upload date to LFPSE out of sync.This would massively help us, as currently we are undertaking daily checks of the LFPSE system due to significant discrepancies between InPhase and LFPSE.

Calculated field for three different outcomes

We catergorise our open incidents in to three different stages <10WKD, 10-20WKD and >20WKD. At the moment we are having to do this outside of the system but are looking at a way to do it within it.I have created a calculated field using compare at row level to determine whether the incident was closed within time scales but wondering if there is a way to add another condition to fit the above criteria.So any incidents open for less than 10 working days would be marked <10WKDAny open between 10 and 20 working days would be marked 10-20WKDAnd any open for greater than 20 working days  would be marked >20WKDThen anything that was closed would be marked closed so that you could filter these out as they wouldn’t be applicable.

Unable to link complaint to another complaint

When we have a complaint we look to see if the complainant has complained before and previously we would note the number. Now we are trying to link it to the actual record (see attached screenshot). We have added in a links section to the complaints module but when you try and search for a number nothing comes up even when using an astericks (see attached screenshot). The link to the incident module works OK (see attached screenshot) but we just seem to be unable to link within the same module.

Hi,Has anyone been able to change the name of a Questionnaire once created? We have recently added some audits which we want to change the name of, but cannot figure out a way of amending without deleting and re-starting with new name.Anyone able to share if they have done this please?

Word Add-in - mystery $ signs

HiOn producing our Q4 report I’ve noticed that currency data is being presented in $ format rather than £.  This was not happening at Q3 and only shows in data added in Word via the Add-in.  On InPhase directly it shows as intended £ - all language settings are UK (not US).I wonder if it’s something to do with the Add-in connection but I can’t see how to review this.  Our internal IT team have looked at this with me and can only advise that it must be an InPhase issue.I have logged a ticket - but with the backlog have been advised to seek help from the community.Has anyone else noticed this and importantly fixed it?  Thanks!  Lisa

InPhase static document hyperlinks

Hi,Is there a facility to provide a static hyperlink to a document in InPhase?We use Q-Pulse and are able to link to a document using its unique number which will always point to the current active version (feature is called the Document Retrieval Service). This allows us to reference other documents without worrying about links expiring when a document is updated.ThanksAndy
