Hello,We are deploying the Ideagen Quality Management iOS application to supervised corporate iPads using Omnissa Workspace ONE (UEM) MDM.During the first launch, the application requires users to manually enter the Server URL and Audit Server URL.Since the devices are centrally managed, we would like to know if the iOS application supports Managed App Configuration (AppConfig) via MDM so these values can be preconfigured automatically.Does the application support MDM configuration (AppConfig)?If yes, could you provide the configuration keys or an example configuration payload (JSON / plist / XML) that can be used with Workspace ONE?Thank you.Best rgds,Josip

Hi All,New to the community. Was wondering if there is a way to modify the risk matrix in Ideagen? I note that the existing version doesn’t align with my organisations risk values and was hoping there's a way to change it so that I can use the one within the organisation I work for. That way when I’ve got workers completing the risk assessments they are using a familiar risk matrix model. Any thoughts on his one please?

I’m reviewing the documentation and would like to do a search in the API against our CAPA module where a specific word like “tubes” appears on an object.  It appears that you can only do a strict string search on a specific field, not a general search.  Anyone had any luck with this?

Quality Event Workflows lose their titles, descriptions and attachments when workflows reach the Final Assessment stage.

Hi,is it possible to add a hyperlink in a message notification. whilst i can paste in the URL i cant format that as a hyperlink. e.g. i’d like to be able to direct any user receiving an capa action notification to a guidance document located on our local n/w. any ideas? this would help those users that may not have used Q-Pulse previously. thanks Sean

I have an issue with users unable to view reports.I have enabled the ‘Create Reports’ & ‘Alter Reports’ permissions for these users but they still are unable to view reports. Has anyone had an issue that is similar?

Hello, we’ve had QM Essentials for a few years.  My predecessor created 2 custom work flows we primarily use.  We’ve wanted to expand the security on these to include other managers in our lab system.  Currently only myself and a few other QA folks have access as admins.  We’ve enabled the others to view and alter reports, as well as for them to view security in the reports tab for the custom report we’ve created for the custom workflow (that’s been established for years).  The users (who we thought we gave appropriate permissions to) still can’t run the report.  An error message is given.  I understand that maybe embedded within that workflow are additional security measures.  We’ve also enabled workflow definitions for them and within the workflow toggled on view security.  Any ideas on why they still can not run reports? 

I am working on a workflow that will enable the user to upload saved documents in one occurrence. Each document has its own category which the user selects. Can this be done in a subform? Or, can the user indicate that there are more documents to load and restart the workflow again without exiting? What’s the most efficient way to do this?

Is there a way to have a workflow generate a report at the end?Idealy i would like to have this sent to either a SharePoint folder or an internal folder in Qualtrax.The goal is to be ablet o look up old reports if you dont know the information to search the primary database of the workflow. Or have a PDF/Word/ or other format created to be exproted to send to internal and external customers. the work flow we are trying to do this with are quality non conformances.

Is there currently a way to use the external custom fields to attach more than one file at a time?I have users needing to upload between 2 and 20 pictures and having to go through the ‘Choose File’ button for each is very time consuming. Is there a way to bulk attach to the form/ workflow?

Hi everyone,I’m looking for some guidance on how to personalise the escalation emails generated by the app.At the moment, our employees receive consolidated digest emails listing their due and overdue actions. I would like to update the wording in these emails to make them clearer, and provide guidance on the required actions but I haven’t been able to find where this can be configured within the system.I managed to modify the messages, reminders and escalation, but not when we send them out as a single email summarising the actions. Does anyone know where the templates for these digest or escalation notifications are located, or how to go about modifying them? Hello, I archived a person inadvertently and I need to reinstate them. How can I do that?I tried to do so in the admin module, but I kept getting the error that the name was not unique. But I cannot find a way to reinstate them through the people module.  

Teams Discovery has not worked since February 12th and most of our users cannot file emails anymore as all their Teams Locations are gone.  They only see old SharePoint locations we don’t use.To make things even more complicated, some users still see 1 of their locations or none at all.  Nothing on our end has changed.  We can access and see all the previously filed emails within the Teams Channels just fine so there are no permissions issues with our teams.We have many cases with support and now the issue has to be brought to users in Malaysia as we seem to be the only customer using Teams Auto Discovery and no one knows how the code works.1. Are there any customers that use Teams Auto Discovery?2. Do all your users see all of their Teams Locations?

The performance degradation we experienced earlier today in our US Production environment has been fully resolved as of 10:00 AM Central time. All services are operating normally.What Happened?We experienced infrastructure issues affecting a subset of our production servers, which resulted in slower response times and intermittent delays for some users. Core functionality remained available throughout the incident, though performance was degraded.Resolution:Our infrastructure team identified and resolved the underlying issue. Can anyone help with a process for removing the ability for staff to quick add categories or options while using the live environment. I presume this would involve creating a security group and adding all staff to it. Additions would then be managed through the managed lists in admin Thanks David

Recently we requested for Ideagen to develop the way the due date system works to improve functionality and save on time wastage within the business.The current workload functionality is set at the template stage and is purely based on the raised date. This is great in theory, but in the real world, it leads to a lack of efficiency & requires considerable manual intervention with the need for micro-managing all the due dates of stages & actions within the system.As an FYI some of our Q-Pulse processes have 15 or more stages with multiple tasks within each stage.Scenario - We have a process that involves three sequential stages, the current methodology has defined dates as follows:The first stage due date is preset 7 days from the raised date, the second stage due date is preset 12 days from the raised date, and the third stage due date is 16 days from the raised date.In theory, the task will be completed in 16 days and no dates will ever be changed.However, what if the first st
