Hi All,
My name is Tamena Yousaf and I am leading the implementation of our new Q-Pulse Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) at JointMedica as an Interim Consultant to assist them with going live with Q-pulse.
I have previously implemented eQMS’s using Q-pulse and MasterControl. Upon joining JointMedica, I have found that the level of support has been limited which has caused us delays and leaves us with unanswered questions.
We plan to go live with the Documents Module mid November, we currently use desktop client, version 7.7.0.0 and are considering using the Web version instead as this desktop client version is different to what I have implemented previously as does not appear as user friendly to what I am used to. Upon requesting Ideagen for support to access the Web version link we are seeing delays in response times and support - is this due to being on the Essentials package?
Can anyone advise and support us while we look into upgrading to a higher support level?
