Has anyone come across this error when attempting to save a change document to the document detail?

I’ve attempted to save this multiple times and I get this message. This hasn’t happened with any other documents that I’ve worked with. I’ve tried to see about changing the extension itself (it’s a Word doc), well more like saving it again as a .docx to see if that helped at all- it didn’t. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
