Is anyone else having an issue with saving a draft document after submitting for approvals? I have had this issue multiple times now, where once all approvals are complete and I try to make any changes to the document and then save it, I receive the save error at the top of the record. The tool tip does not show up anywhere in the record, but when I hover over the save error I get a popup message that says “You must specify some text in your note”. Also, if I try to Activate the document using the wizard in the desktop client I can go through all the windows and then the last box has the “Save” button greyed out.

Did you manage to get this resolved? We are having the same issue and have been advised it could be due to special characters in the text fields or a blank description field. We don’t have any special characters in any text fields or a blank description field. Just wondered if you could share how you managed to get this sorted? Many thanks
It has not been resolved - but we have been able to work around this by creating a new document record and working completely in the web version. I think this is a communication problem between the client and web versions, because we regularly use both.
Thanks for getting back to me. We don’t currently use the web version so I don’t see it being a comms issue for us. But I’ll look into creating a new document record. Thanks again.
