Does anyone know whether it is possible to cancel document read & acknowledge sent in error to users?

Hey there!
You can remove users from the distribution/copyholders list which will remove the action from their workload.

My instance of Q-Pulse does not present this way unfortunately, so not able to do this way.
If you’re using the desktop client, you can achieve this same outcome by removing the person from Distribution > Copyholders on the relevant document.
If these options are not available to you, there may be a permission you lack to perform this action.
