Cancel Document Read & Acknowledge Request

Does anyone know whether it is possible to cancel document read & acknowledge sent in error to users?

You can remove users from the distribution/copyholders list which will remove the action from their workload.

My instance of Q-Pulse does not present this way unfortunately, so not able to do this way.
+2If you’re using the desktop client, you can achieve this same outcome by removing the person from Distribution > Copyholders on the relevant document.
