Hello,
Quick question for the group. Is there a way for an individual who has a ‘primary license’ to be logged in with a secondary license if there are no primary licenses available at that time? Is there a way to set it that way? As an example, earlier this week, I had two associates who were unable to log in because there were no primary licenses available, but what they were logging in to do did not require the actual primary license at that time.
Does that make sense?
Thanks in advance!
Michelle
Hi Michelle,
Sadly not in my experience. Users account settings dictate they are assigned either a primary or secondary licences, with no automated facility to switch if either isn't available. This also applies to anyone with sys admin permissions, they are still denied access if all primary licences are taken; therefore its advisable to have access (an know the password) for the administrator account.
Thanks Sean.
