Is there a way to switch off the web link being present in the email notifications that come out?

 

We are not utilising the web portal at the moment and want to take away any confusion that having two links might cause

Hi ​@smcmonagle You can do this on the server side.  If you are hosting IQMP/Q-Pulse yourself then your IT can do this.  If you are hosted by Ideagen then you’ll need to raise a ticket with support to have this actioned for you.

This is done by browsing to C:\Program Files (x86)\Gael Ltd\Q-Pulse Server on your application server and then open QPulseMessageDispatchControlPanel.exe.

Once open, remove the URL from the go to record field.
