Mail Manager - New computer - can't open personal emails

I can’t open personal emails from the Search function in Mail Manatger. I suspect that is because I have a new computer and it doesn’t recognize me.

Intermittant sending error - Mail Manager

I have had a user report to me that on occasion when sending an email he gets the bellow messagesThe only way to get round this is to restart Outlook a few times and rewrite the email until it sends and then all is fine for a whilePlease advise anything I can try to fix this problem

Error when opening a document

One user is getting this error message when trying to open documents that open for other people.

No one seems to be getting automatic notifications on their email every time I make a document change that requires approval or acknowledgment from the team. The notifications are only visible once one logs in their QPulse account   People cannot acknowledge documents, as the acknowledgement button (the green tick symbol on the upper part of the screen) is greyed out Documents that have been previously uploaded in PDF form (directives, manuals, etc., like the ones below) do not open. When we click on them the software crashes

I am currently looking at rolling out Approval of documents on the platform and was wondering if the constant need for email, password and verification could be switched off.  I can see it becoming cumbersome and people might try to skip the step

If my laboratory's policy states that procedures will be reviewed every two years and when the document is reviewed it does not need to be changed, where can I document that the document was reviewed but does not require change so that the same document is maintained?

One user in Pentana cannot log inhis account. It says username or password is incorrect. The other problem is that servers shows as offline despite the fact that it is online.

Over the past year, initial public offerings (IPOs) have continued to decrease, but total gross proceeds generated from those listings are rising. The NASDAQ led the way in IPO listings, holding 84% of the IPO market, a jump from 48% in 2013.
