Synchronisation of Academy to Quality Management

Hi Community, I’d like to ask a simple question. Is there a way of automatically synchronizing Academy Events with Quality Management or is this only a manual function through the actions tab in the people module? Thank you for your assistance.

People and training

Hello, I have been reviewing the skills catalog in search of courses or a curriculum for the people and training modules. I have not been able to find any. Are there some that I am missing? I was hoping to get our HR people through some of those so that they have a better understanding to build out the matrices and competencies. We do have some success training in June, but I was hoping to give them some information in advance.

Error after moving DB from one server to another

I can’t get any answers from support since they quit responding to my emails for the past 2 weeks.All we’re trying to do is move a Q Pulse Database from one SQL server to another. We’ve actually completed that task, and everything shows up when we connect to it, but we get an error. When We connect to the DB and try to open a file from the repository, we get an error that says:Could not open part.Could not lock the part ####. Does it have something to do with the old DB connecting to the repository/Network Share.Do we need to create a new DB and then move the data to it.Do we need to move the repository/Network share to a new server.

Is there a way to restrict the Active Document Register content for certain groups ?

I just wondered if there are any options to restrict active documents to be available to particular groups , my situation is that we have sub contractors who require to have access to certain documents but not wider company documents available on the register as believe if we provide access at the moment there is a risk they would have visibility to all activated documents . At the moment our only option is to copy the documents into a secured repository outside of the Document Module . If this isnt possible appreciate options/ideas on how we may manage this , with minimal work and copying of documentation . Thanks

Published Document Date Stamp

Hello, When we add a policy to Ideagen and it goes through all the review and approval steps and is officially published and made into a PDF, does the system automatically stamp the document with the approver’s name and the date of approval? As of now our system does not so I am not sure if that is a setting we need to turn on or if we just add that information manually to the document at some point?
