Hello, is it possible to see calibration / annual check due dates in the Assets List view?

Anyone using this functionality yet? If so, how are you implementing it from a process perspective in our organization?

Is there a way to have an automatic report sent out weekly that contains information on what documents were published the previous week.  I know that I can set it up so it will report out a weeks' worth of information, but it has to be the same week, or it needs to be redone each Monday with a new week.  I would like it to automatically send per week with the previous week's information.Thank You

Hello all, For the List custom field, is there any way for it to be edited into a nested format? For example, if I wanted to create an EPA method and within said method, there would be a certain number of analytes that need to be included. Also, is there a way to change the selection style within a list when the “multi-select” option is chosen? It is inconvenient to hold shift and click multiple items within a tiny box. 

I have a question regarding the email actions that go out to employees to let them know a training and or test has been assigned to them. In the subject line I copied another that had previously been set up and it reads like, Training ##TITLE## was assigned to you. Then in the body of the message it also has the verbiage of, ##ALL_TRAINEES####INSTANCE_ID## Do we have to keep those in there with the ## signs for it to work correctly? I was thinking it was probably apart of a workflow that was needed

I have two questions. If we want to send a document out to just a few lead people to review and confirm the review of a document, do we need to have them in their own group in order for them to be the only one who receives the document to review in their current group or are we able to select people from different groups to send a document to? In order to send a Document (Policy) out for the few people to review and acknowledge receipt and review of the document, what settings do we use to do that? They are not to edit or approve the document we just want to be able to send new policies that have been published out to individuals to review and then be able to acknowledge they read it. I am wondering if the Test or Training field is the only way to be able to do this?

Hello,We have a user that attempted to log in and exceeded the 5-time limit and received the error that she had exceeded the limit of attempts, and the account is now locked out, please contact your system administrator to reset your account. When we log in to Administration, Personnel there is no one listed locked out in our system and no box at the bottom with anyone's name or a check box to unlock. I have also attempted to go into her profile and manually type in a new password in both the Enter Password box and Confirm Password box and nothing is selected under Use Default or Enter, I then save the settings and she still cannot log in. Not quite sure why it is not working. Any ideas?

Hello all,I was wondering if anyone had a good solution for competency tracking and automation within the Ideagen Quality Management system (formerly Qualtrax). Clinical competencies are unique in their requirements of satisfying the six major pillars and the requirement to have to competencies performed within the first year. I would love a way to automate this task, making it easy to automate the process and enable reporting without creating a boatload of workflows or trainings for every method performed. There are dedicated systems for this out there, but another login and system to learn is a strain on staff.
