If i have a user that’s not in Qualtrax (no license), is it possible to input an email address within the workflow and/or email action and have the completed workflow email sent to them to let the know it’s complete?

That exact capability is not currently available on the platform. However, we do provide the ability to export the workflow summary as a PDF, which can be shared as needed. Please note that any email notifications require an email address associated with a registered account.
There is some flexibility to associate external users with a concurrent license using their email address. This allows you to include them in a personnel list within a workflow, which—if configured correctly—can trigger email notifications.

Hi Cody - thanks for your reply! Can you explain more about the latter option here? We have our State Attorneys that we work closely with but they will not have licenses. We’d like an option that would allow, upon a closed workflow for discovery materials, an email to be sent to them letting them know the materials have been provided. We currently have all dedicated licenses. Would we theoretically need to use a single concurrent license and have it set up for every attorney’s email address in order to have the notifications recognized in the system and sent back to the external user
