Hey there!
The Automatic File Transfer tool can point to a location listed on your local device. Most companies that utilize SharePoint/OneDrive will have it integrated with your device directly, so you can access a share folder from the explorer. As a result, you can point the AFT to a shared location as long as its accessible through your explorer.
