Feedback update: Banners & help menu improvements

We've been reading through everything you've sent our way, and we're excited to share some improvements we've made based on what you told us.Improvements to the “Looking for help?” menuWe fixed a bug that was stopping articles from loading when you clicked on them. Sorry about that! Everything should be working smoothly now.We've also added a couple of new helpful articles for common questions we've been seeing:I can't find my product anywhere I can't sign in or open a Support ticketYou can also now search for help articles directly! This should make it much easier to find exactly what you need when you're troubleshooting an issue with Ideagen Luminate.Dismissing the notification bannerYou wanted the ability to dismiss the notification banner that shows up on every page in Ideagen Luminate.Good news! Starting today, you'll notice a little cross icon next to the banner that lets you dismiss it with a single click. Once you close it, it'll stay hidden until we have a new announcement to share.We love hearing from you!
