Good afternoon customers,

I hope you all are doing well. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself in case we hadn't had the opportunity to meet and speak. My name is Ali and I’m your Product Manager. I was gifted this product at the beginning of the year and hit the ground running thanks to your willingness to engage in conversation. Truly grateful for the opportunity to speak with you, it allows me to know what’s working well, what we can do better, and what it is you need. I’m a firm believer that we should be building products for the customer, by the customer. I’d like to ask you some questions and am hoping this is a tool that we can use to:

• Create and vote on ideas as many of you had done in the old Qualtrax days. I’ve had a look at the list of ideas that you all submitted and voted on and we have prioritized these requests by number of votes. We have challenged ourselves as a team to deliver is at all possible so keep them coming! We are here and I am listening.
  • An upcoming item from the Qualtrax Idea’s list that had 60+ votes will be released in our upcoming release this month, ‘The ability to unretire documents’.
• Gain feedback on opportunities to build better based on your needs.
  • I will be making some posts in the near future asking for your input. I honestly want to know the good the bad, and the ugly. All of it… I can take it and want to know about all of it.

Little personal information about me. I came to Ideagen through acquisition in 2018 with InspectionXpert. I live in Wilmington, NC and have an awesome teenage son. I love sea salt and sunshine and lastly, I am super passionate about what I get to do every day as a Product Manager. I’m here to support all of you the best I can.
