Anyone using this functionality yet? If so, how are you implementing it from a process perspective in our organization?

Hello! We have started utilizing this feature occasionally for our SOPs. We will set the delay function for 1 week from approval (typically). All our SOPs have an associated “Read and Understand” test and since the notice to take the associated test goes out to all in scope of the SOP once approved, it allows our analysts that 1 week to read & understand the SOP updates prior to it going live. It is especially useful if the updates include major process changes so it gives people time to properly plan for the change. However, as it’s not clear when the test notice goes out, we typically will send additional communication to the team alerting them of the time delay and the date the SOP is planned to go effective.

We have attempted to use delayed publish set to 1 day and 1 week, but the documents never seem to actually publish. I have to manually go in and click the “publish” button. How do you get it to actually auto publish?
