Report Designer - Approvers List

Hi there!  Stuck on a query with Report Designer. I am trying to get it to list all approvers of a document and their response (or blank if haven’t responded). So far what I am able to get is either just 1 approver and it doesn’t list the rest or just the approvers who have responded. Hope someone can help! :) Thanks. Kind regardsMonika Blinstrubyte

Documents module - Notified only - Apply template

I would like to apply a template to distribute a document, but I am only able to access this feature when we distribute the document for approval, not when the document is for ‘notified only’.  Could you advise, please?

Q-Pulse Version 7.6.1.0 Is there a permission which allows a user to edit a search criteria ?I have a lot of searches saved by the administrator account which I need to edit in my user account.Is this possible?

Approve document

HiWe are new to the Ideagen system.  We are doing some testing in the system and cannot work out why someone can’t approve a document.  The approve “stamp” below is greyed out.Is this a permission issue?I look forward to your wise replies.RegardsSS

Pentana Log in

One user in Pentana cannot log inhis account. It says username or password is incorrect. The other problem is that servers shows as offline despite the fact that it is online.

Document Control : Deadline to Acknowledge

Hello, I was wondering if there was a default deadline to acknowledge documents shared via Q-Pulse. I understand that it has an Overdue Notification function but I can’t seem to find the exact time period which triggers the overdue flag. Any help would be appreaciated,Jac.

Is it possible to remane "user defined additional fields" within the CAPA module of v6?

Hi, I am hoping that someone may be able to advise. I am currently using a user defined section of the CAPA module to collate additional information within the reports and was wondering if it is possible to rename this heading from “user defined” to something more appropriate that other users within our QMS would be able to find?

Master Competencies with Multiple Levels

Hi All, I’m new to Q-Pulse and am currently trying to set up the People module to use for training.I have successfully applied Master Competencies to Job Roles which then populate the training plan with all of the requirements in one level.However, where I have set up a Master Competency with two levels, only one level is applying to the job role.In the Master Competency section the two levels of requirements are bundled together. However they are split as two separate lines when I come to apply them to the Job Role. Can anyone help with where I am going wrong? I am hoping to have one level with activities that are required to be completed, and then the other level will link the required SOPs. Thanks,Kate

Draft Entry in Apps

Hello! Does anyone know if we can save an app entry as a draft and come back to finish it? For example, if someone is filling out the form (Safety Committee) on an app and need to pause to come back, there isn’t a way (that I know of) they can save and come back to it later.

Document Review Confirmation

I have two questions. If we want to send a document out to just a few lead people to review and confirm the review of a document, do we need to have them in their own group in order for them to be the only one who receives the document to review in their current group or are we able to select people from different groups to send a document to? In order to send a Document (Policy) out for the few people to review and acknowledge receipt and review of the document, what settings do we use to do that? They are not to edit or approve the document we just want to be able to send new policies that have been published out to individuals to review and then be able to acknowledge they read it. I am wondering if the Test or Training field is the only way to be able to do this?

Changing a stage name

Hello -  does anyone know if there is a way to change the name of a stage in the Customer module? I want to change the name of the “Compliments” stage to something else. Any compliments we receive (and let’s face it, there won’t be many...) will be added in the properties.

User Lock Out

Hello,We have a user that attempted to log in and exceeded the 5-time limit and received the error that she had exceeded the limit of attempts, and the account is now locked out, please contact your system administrator to reset your account. When we log in to Administration, Personnel there is no one listed locked out in our system and no box at the bottom with anyone's name or a check box to unlock. I have also attempted to go into her profile and manually type in a new password in both the Enter Password box and Confirm Password box and nothing is selected under Use Default or Enter, I then save the settings and she still cannot log in. Not quite sure why it is not working. Any ideas?

WorkRite Training Notification HTML Tags

Hello community,Does anyone know if its possible to customise the ‘Content’ body of notifications sent from WorkRite?The below is mentioned in small text above the ‘Body’ of the notification window, and if these are tags that can change the style of the notification, it would be helpful to know how to apply them in the body for the desired effect.N.B. The following HTML tags are permitted in the email body: a, b, strong, br, ul, ol, li. Any other tags, including their content will not be saved.I have added a lot of information into one of the training notifications for NEM course (attached) and want to make it easier for the person receiving the email to read through its contents by making the sub headings bold.

Organising dashboards into groups

I am keen to leverage the dashboard functionality better. I use it all the time and want to encourage more use of it across my organisation but build in controlled access.I want to organise dashboards into groups for different business functions and then control acccess to these dashboard groups. Is anyone aware of any requests for this idea previously or whether this idea might be in the development pipeline already?

Moving to Q-Pulse cloud

I’ve seen recent reports from other NHS centres (looking to upgrade their local Q-Pulse installation) that they are being given no option but to switch to the cloud version with a corresponding significant increase in maintenance costs. Has anyone experienced this?Cheers,Andy, Newcastle

Clinical Competency

Hello all,I was wondering if anyone had a good solution for competency tracking and automation within the Ideagen Quality Management system (formerly Qualtrax). Clinical competencies are unique in their requirements of satisfying the six major pillars and the requirement to have to competencies performed within the first year. I would love a way to automate this task, making it easy to automate the process and enable reporting without creating a boatload of workflows or trainings for every method performed. There are dedicated systems for this out there, but another login and system to learn is a strain on staff.
