User not able to view published documents

I have a user that is not able to view any published documents within the document tree. He is receiving a block message. What can be causing this issue? Note: The Folder Properties/View Security is already enabled for all users and visitors.  However, when the user selects a folder/file it is not displayed.

Visualise Folder Size

Huddle release 190 includes a small feature that we call File and Folder count which provides users with stats on the size of a folder to help manage Workspaces before they get too large. How to view the new details? Navigate to the Files view of a Workspace. From the folder ellipsis click ‘Folder details’, Under the selected folder you can now see the number of folders and files - simple! Points of note There is no such statistics for the Workspace. Since the count runs on the fly, results for very large folders can take a few seconds to traverse the folders and display the stats. The values returned are rounded up so there can be some discrepancy in the final size returned. ConclusionThe files and folder count provides a small but important bit of information to users giving a quick insight on folder sizes to help users better manage their Workspace structure.

File approval workflow now supports rejection status

Huddle release 189 includes a new Reject approvals workflow which provides reviewers with the option to add comments when approving a file when reviewed but now includes the ability to reject a document after review. Reviewers can add comments and provide vital feedback to document creators for faster turnaround. To learn more about this feature read on!  The latest release note can be found here.  Allow users to reject a file approvalOnce a document is assigned to a reviewer for approval they are presented with the option to Approve and also to Reject the document after review. Reasons for rejectionsBefore a rejection is submitted the reviewer has a chance to provide viral feedback to the users through a comments box. This provides vital touchpoints for the creators to understand why their document was rejected and make improvements. Comments for approvalsProvide feedback even when you approve the document; let writers know they have done well and give them some positive feedback they
