Good afternoon, one of my users found that Mail Manager did not seem to be working on his PC. When I looked at his set up to check that Outlook was not disabling the add-in, but it did not show in the list of COM add-ins. It has previously worked on his PC and none of my other users are reporting problems.
I have reinstalled but it is still not loading or showing in the list of add-ins.
Can you suggest what I need to check to resolve this problem? I have a copy of the Logs folder from his profile if this is of any use.
