Mobile App Rebranding Notice

Important changes coming to our mobile application.Starting November 20th, 2025, the DevonWay 2 mobile app will be renamed Ideagen EHSQ Enterprise with platform-specific updates detailed below. iOS and Windows PlatformsThe following changes will take effect:Application Name: DevonWay 2 → Ideagen EHSQ Enterprise Visual Identity: Updated icon design aligned with Ideagen's EHSQ brandingUser Impact Summary:Standard Users: All functionality and login credentials remain identical—only the name and icon will change MDM-Managed Deployments: The underlying package identifier stays the same, ensuring automatic updates through existing MDM systems without additional IT intervention. We suggest alerting end users about the visual changes they'll see on their devices. Android PlatformWe're currently developing a completely new Android application that will match iOS capabilities and features. August 21, 2025Platform UpdateWe are planning no-downtime updates to deliver Platform release 2.62.3 to the following areas:US Production: Thursday, August 28 US Government Cloud Production: Thursday, September 4 Europe and Canada Production: Wednesday, September 10You can review these release notes for an overview of the changes.ActionPlease report any unexpected behavior that you notice in your US Config (Build, Test, and UAT) areas, which we plan to update with this new 2.62.3 version by Monday, August 25. We are excited to launch a brand-new customer support portal packed with insights, updates, and tips tailored just for you. This documentation center includes resources for all Ideagen applications, not just DevonWay products. As we are expanding to better serve you, we are making some changes now to prepare for the launch.   DevonWay Docs DevonWay docs has moved to the Help tab of the customer support portal. While these new pages do have a different URL, current DevonWay Docs links are still active giving you time to update any saved bookmarks and can suggest new articles for you to review.
