Single vs Continuous Page view

We recently updated our instance of PleaseReview and I am receiving complaints about reviewers not being able to see the page breaks any longer. A document may be 10 pages, but it appears as one continuous page. Is there a setting that I can change to make it show each page?

HTML tags visible in word

When opening a document in WORD from Pentana one of our users now get all the HTML tagging included in the word view.By clicking on show /hide ctrl+* paragaphsmarks and other hidden formats this HTML tagging will not disapear it keep on visible  Looks like it something in her profile or something in WORD settingsMight also be a setting whenever editing a document form Pentana Any suggestions because we are lost finding a solution for this  Brds Glenn
