I can’t open personal emails from the Search function in Mail Manager. I suspect that is because I have a new computer and it doesn’t recognize me.

Your Mail Manager personal collection is a file on your computer here:
%AppData%\Oasys\Mail Manager\Personal.mmcollection
So, if you are on a new computer and you didnt use the backup and restore features to bring your personal collection across from your old computer, then thsi will be why your old Mail Manager filing locations will be missing.
If you can get the file from your old computer, just copy this across, however if the file is gone, you will just need to re create your filing locations again.
