We catergorise our open incidents in to three different stages <10WKD, 10-20WKD and >20WKD. At the moment we are having to do this outside of the system but are looking at a way to do it within it.
I have created a calculated field using compare at row level to determine whether the incident was closed within time scales but wondering if there is a way to add another condition to fit the above criteria.
So any incidents open for less than 10 working days would be marked <10WKD
Any open between 10 and 20 working days would be marked 10-20WKD
And any open for greater than 20 working days would be marked >20WKD
Then anything that was closed would be marked closed so that you could filter these out as they wouldn’t be applicable.
Hi Duncan,
You can nest the compare at row level function, so this would be my suggestion:

I have already created another calculated field for working days open, but you could add this in directly.

Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Frances
Frances, thank you for the advice, I did figure out a way to do it but your way in much more elegant.
