Occurrence form

I’ve created a form in occurrence module I am wondering if there is a way to include Risk matrix to it or this is only option once it is moved to Incidents ?

Hi Kamila, it’s not something that’s possible just now and I’m not sure if this would be possible in the technologies used to build the forms but as the product evolves this may be something that could be introduced. I’ll pass your feedback on to our product team.

However, you could create a few fields on the form for the impact and severity to be filled in on the form as this would encourage the raiser to think about the risk impact. The user who investigates the incident can then take these values and update the incident risk assessment.
+1Thank you for you answer Alan , another feature would be nice to have within the forms is to be able to change the background colour when you split the sections of the form .
