Hi

On producing our Q4 report I’ve noticed that currency data is being presented in $ format rather than £.  This was not happening at Q3 and only shows in data added in Word via the Add-in.  On InPhase directly it shows as intended £ - all language settings are UK (not US).

I wonder if it’s something to do with the Add-in connection but I can’t see how to review this.  Our internal IT team have looked at this with me and can only advise that it must be an InPhase issue.

I have logged a ticket - but with the backlog have been advised to seek help from the community.

Has anyone else noticed this and importantly fixed it?

Hi ​@lisaratcliffe! This might be the result of an “under the hood” config related to a recent upgrade.  If you raise a support ticket then a member of the InPhase team can investigate and, if needed, make any config changes to fix this for you. 

Hi ​@Alan Blair Thanks for your reply and confirmation of my suspicion.  I have raised a ticket a fair few weeks ago but due to backlog no response.  Advised to post here in case community could help.

Thanks - I’ve had to find a work around for the current report so no longer urgent.  Wondered if anyone else was experiencing and/or if result of a recent software update.
