The Question Manager is not showing in Admin, in the InPhase.

What could be the reasons?

And how to fix this?

Thanks for posting in! 

One thing to check, each user needs permissions to access the audit capabilities. 

  1. You’ll need to go into Administrator > People > Employees 
  2. Find the user you want to give permissions to
  3. Click on the user to select them, then on the sidebar click on the ‘Roles Tab’
  4. Then scroll to the bottom and then click on the checkbox to give the user question manager admin access to the audit app.

You can do this for yourself I believe, but a colleague can do this for you too.

Refresh your administrator window, and it should appear.
