Archiving Training Plan History
+1I have created a course in Ideagen Academy and it has recently been updated. Now, once people have completed the course, both revision 1 and revision 2 of the course show in their training plan as a requirement for their competencies. Is there a way to archive completed requirements within competencies to only show the most recent requirement?

Your master competency may have both listed so removing V1 from the master competency list will stop it going to new users.
For users who have the requirement assigned and not completed you can delete V1 from their record. If it’s completed already then you would likely want to keep the requirement on the record to demonstrate what version has been completed.
