There is a basic course available for the People and Training modules in Academy. If your organisation has access to the professional courses, you should also have all the basic courses too.
I’d suggest asking your internal Academy administrator to give you access. If they are also unable to find it, please contact the Support team (support.academy@Ideagen.com).

Hence why I asked the question on here.

Apologies for the conflicting information. A few months ago we turned off direct email Support for all products. Ideagen Academy has been recently included in this and you can now contact Support directly by following the link below:
https://academy.help.ideagen.com/hc/en-gb/p/support
You will be able to raise a ticket, and also manage any existing Academy tickets from this page going forward just like you would for any of our other products.
Do let us know if you encounter any additional issues and we’ll take a look for you.

I’m so sorry for giving you out of date information! I’ve spoken to the Support team on your behalf and they have added the People & Training modules basic course to your organisation’s area in Academy so you should now be able to see it.
