extracting documents store in Q-Pulse after the license has expired
Is it possible to extract company documents stored within Q-Pulse after the Q-Pulse license has expired?

Hi
If the document storage was set to linked then all of your documents will be stored in a network folder somewhere and can be easily retrieved.
If the document storage was set to embed then the files are all stored in the SQL database as a BLOB.
There are 2 ways to extract this data:
- Our technical service team can extract this but there would be a cost to the service.
- You can obtain a temporary licence and manually export the files.
I’d recommend contacting your account manager who can advise on any costs associated with the above options.
