Has anyone else encountered this message when attempting to log in after switching between accounts multiple times, which then prevents further access to the system? I'm currently in the process of validation and need to frequently switch between my admin and basic user accounts. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

To resolve this in the short-term you should be able to clear your cache and cookies. Our support team are aware of the issue and are currently looking into it further.
