Work Flow Outputs
Is there a way to have a workflow generate a report at the end?
Idealy i would like to have this sent to either a SharePoint folder or an internal folder in Qualtrax.
The goal is to be ablet o look up old reports if you dont know the information to search the primary database of the workflow. Or have a PDF/Word/ or other format created to be exproted to send to internal and external customers.
the work flow we are trying to do this with are quality non conformances.
You can schedule a report to run via the reports module. e.g., We have a need to have a report auto-generate and send to a group of personnel 1x per month listing the safety sessions completed for the month.
For your need, this may/may not be possible as soon as the workflow ends, but I do know you could have the system run a report daily at a specific time based on a specific workflow(s) and delivered to a group of personnel.
Not sure if this would have to remain as csv or not. This would get you close to the original idea...worth looking into.
