Performance Impact Resolution: February 26, 2026
The performance degradation we experienced earlier today in our US Production environment has been fully resolved as of 10:00 AM Central time. All services are operating normally.
What Happened?
We experienced infrastructure issues affecting a subset of our production servers, which resulted in slower response times and intermittent delays for some users. Core functionality remained available throughout the incident, though performance was degraded.
Resolution:
Our infrastructure team identified and resolved the underlying issue. All systems have been restored to normal performance levels.
What's Next?
We are working with our infrastructure provider to conduct a thorough analysis of this incident and implement additional safeguards to prevent recurrence.
