Statement on Middle East service disruption
Due to the recent events in the Middle East we are managing some impact affecting a small number of customers based in the region.
Data sovereignty requires the infrastructure curated to provide the services to you to be based wholly in your region. Unfortunately due to circumstances outside our control, two of the three AWS data centres based in the region have been impacted by the current events which has in turn impaired our services.
Ideagen is fully committed to delivering the best service for all customers globally. We are currently striving to ensure the minimal interruptions occur. We have investigated alternative solutions to restore functionality to you, which includes transferring hosting to another region. This can be achieved but would undermine the data sovereignty requirement. Should this be a realistic solution that you wish to pursue we would need your express written instruction to do so. Upon receipt of this we will immediately take the appropriate steps to deliver what is needed.

There are certain global events which are beyond the control of any organisation and this is one such event. We are unsure of how long this situation will continue but we will continue to ensure as challenges as they arise, that they cause minimal disruptions to our customers.
