I have an issue with users unable to view reports.
I have enabled the ‘Create Reports’ & ‘Alter Reports’ permissions for these users but they still are unable to view reports.
Has anyone had an issue that is similar?
Hey there!
Permissions are one component of report viewing, but not the full picture. While permissions allow you to build new reports and modify existing ones that you have visibility of, viewing a report doesn’t require any permissions; it’s entirely controlled through the report’s security settings.
You may need to adjust the view/security settings of your reports to make them accessible to the wider team.
For System reports, head to “Edit”

For Custom Reports, you’ll find them under Edit > Security.
