Risk Matrix
+1Hi All,
New to the community. Was wondering if there is a way to modify the risk matrix in Ideagen? I note that the existing version doesn’t align with my organisations risk values and was hoping there's a way to change it so that I can use the one within the organisation I work for. That way when I’ve got workers completing the risk assessments they are using a familiar risk matrix model. Any thoughts on his one please?

Yes there is a way - in the admin module under model settings there is a menu item called Risk Matrix settings. you can change lots of items in there.

Thanks for coming back to me with this answer. Since your reply and insights I’ve been trying to work with the Support team to get them to understand that this function isn’t currently enabled for our Tenant but they are either unclear that this function even exists (Model Settings → Risk Matrix Settings configuration area) or they are unable to activate it for us. Don’t suppose you could flick through some screen shots of your set-up by any chance so that I can provide them with a side by side comparison of what it looks like with this function enabled for a Tenant and what it looks like without?
