Customising escalation (digest) emails
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some guidance on how to personalise the escalation emails generated by the app.
At the moment, our employees receive consolidated digest emails listing their due and overdue actions. I would like to update the wording in these emails to make them clearer, and provide guidance on the required actions but I haven’t been able to find where this can be configured within the system.
I managed to modify the messages, reminders and escalation, but not when we send them out as a single email summarising the actions.
Does anyone know where the templates for these digest or escalation notifications are located, or how to go about modifying them? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
