I am working on a workflow that will enable the user to upload saved documents in one occurrence. Each document has its own category which the user selects. Can this be done in a subform? Or, can the user indicate that there are more documents to load and restart the workflow again without exiting? What’s the most efficient way to do this?
Hey George,
There are a few ways this can be managed.
You can enable multiple attachments for an external upload custom field. See the “Multi-Select” button below.

Additionally, you can use subforms to add rows and continue to include more uploads. This may be preferred if you would like to categorize each document as opposed to having them all grouped under one roof.

One last note, you can use “Document” or “Folder” Custom Fields to grab content from your Document Tree. This can be handy for referencing existing content without the need to download and reattach.

I hope this helps!
