Teams Discovery No Longer Working
Teams Discovery has not worked since February 12th and most of our users cannot file emails anymore as all their Teams Locations are gone. They only see old SharePoint locations we don’t use.
To make things even more complicated, some users still see 1 of their locations or none at all. Nothing on our end has changed. We can access and see all the previously filed emails within the Teams Channels just fine so there are no permissions issues with our teams.
We have many cases with support and now the issue has to be brought to users in Malaysia as we seem to be the only customer using Teams Auto Discovery and no one knows how the code works.
