      Thanks for the update — it’s great to see continued development on the system. We’ve been experiencing a few persistent issues, particularly around document activation, which is quite critical for our document control processes.

      Could someone confirm whether this latest update addresses any of those core issues? Specifically, will it improve functionality around activating documents?

      Appreciate any insights — and thanks again to the team working on this!

          Hi ​@HannahEtex We won’t have a list of fixes applied in this version until closer to the release date.  We have a strict testing process and once 7.9 has finished testing we’ll be able to confirm what fixes are applied.  These will be posted in the release notes which are available in the Help section so keep your eyes peeled.

          Hi ​@kevinsira, the best route at the moment is to channel this via support.  However, we’re looking at new and improved ways to do this and we’ll hopefully have some more information to share on this in the near future.

          Hysterical, we have been waiting 5 mths just to get an upgrade we paid for. If I have my way we will have a new QMS 2026. Worst company I have ever worked with.

            Hi everyone, does this update add functionality to save searches in any of the following modules/registers:

            Actions:

            • Stage
            • Action

            Assets

            • Activity

            The functionality is available on the main register of each module but not for other registers as listed above. Until this functionality is available, we are unable to use the web UI.

            I’m excited to see upcoming changes but am continually frustrated that updates create greater issues. So that when asking for the fixes the answer is, well you’ve had your upgrade this year, so we can do it for a cost. Fixes should not come at a cost if the system worked correctly pre update, then incorrectly after the update.
