Hello, When you have users that leave the business and you archive them, when they have outstanding actions like Document acknowledgements, is there any way you can do this easily? Currently I have to reassign ownership to an admin account and sign them off myself with a comment. Is there anything else that other users do that works better?Thanks, Kay

Hi everyone!I'm new to Ideagen Luminate and to this community, so please bear with me as I find my feet! As an administrator, I've been using Ideagen Policy Connect for a little while. I'll be honest — I'm finding it a little difficult to navigate and not very intuitive for me at this stage. What are best practices when setting up competencies, job roles, and training events so that the system can identify what the training needs are? When employees change competencies or job roles, will the training need to be redone to reflect the updated changes?  

Can you confirm that no one in Ideagen though that it would be a good idea to create a report that shows Likelihood and impact in an output report  

We are having issues with the macros on our Excel Files, more specifically the dates and revision numbers are not updating correctly. Has anyone else experienced this or have a fix for this?

Currently, it the dashboard permissions are View or View Confidential.I think it would be much better if you could assign dashboard permissions to individuals so that you reduce clutter on the Home screen, especially as more dashboard items become available and you can increase the scope of them. Currently I have approximately 30 dashboards covering various aspects of the QMS, utilising different views and this can be a bit of an eyesore, especially when not every individual who has access needs it for all of them.

While we are starting fresh on this new platform, I need to raise the question that I am most commonly asked about Ideagen EHS Core - formerly Lucidity.What exactly is the limiting factor that is preventing the implementation of the Competency Module (i.e the ability to complete e-Learning) via the App? Currently 95% of our work force utilises the App for the majority of their use of the software, but still need to use the desktop version to complete their inductions / e-Learning. We have force loaded a link to the desktop site onto all the company managed mobile devices, but a large portion of our workforce use their personal devices to access the App, meaning we have had to explain that the app if for forms etc, and the desktop site is for e-learning and show them how to bookmark a web page (which was quite an undertaking for some less tech savvy demographics of our workforce).  I understand something like this needs significant software development, but the question remains; Is this

After identifying performance concerns (since addressed in 2.65.0.2) while preparing 2.64 for a Long Term Support (LTS) package, we've decided not to publish a 2.64 LTS release.To avoid a long gap before the next LTS package, the 2.65 LTS release will be built on 2.65.3, so on-premise customers can upgrade directly from 2.63 LTS to 2.65 LTS. Is there a way to change the name of a file once it’s attached to phases or steps?

I get the following error message when trying to move emails from one location to another. 

We are delaying the 2.65.2 release to US Production to allow additional time to ensure quality. Originally scheduled for Thursday, September 10th, 2026, the new target date is Monday, September 14th, 2026. Good day, all.I have been investigating how ideagen mail manager (or oneplace mail) processes client data (looking at it from a security perspective).I cannot find any documentation as to what is processed outside the M365 tenant (some data seems to be sent outside the tenant).
