      Workflow Automation - Form Filler

      Hello, has anyone used the Form Filler automation in Workflows? The Ideagen help guide says: Form Filler populates a Word template with data from the Workflow. The filled form can then be attached to the Workflow as a record, added to the document tree in a specific location, or both. The form can also be converted to PDF for final storage if desired.which sounds like it could be really helpful. How do I set up the Word template so it can be populated? And how do I set up the Workflow so that it will populate the template?

      Teams Discovery No Longer Working

      Teams Discovery has not worked since February 12th and most of our users cannot file emails anymore as all their Teams Locations are gone.  They only see old SharePoint locations we don’t use.To make things even more complicated, some users still see 1 of their locations or none at all.  Nothing on our end has changed.  We can access and see all the previously filed emails within the Teams Channels just fine so there are no permissions issues with our teams.We have many cases with support and now the issue has to be brought to users in Malaysia as we seem to be the only customer using Teams Auto Discovery and no one knows how the code works.1. Are there any customers that use Teams Auto Discovery?2. Do all your users see all of their Teams Locations?

      Question Manager Error

      I am trying to edit some questions for a Clinical Audit but when I try to save and overwrite, it tells me unable to change question from YesNoNA to Boolean (yesNo) as there are 376 entries.  When I then tried to create a different version it had the same error message.  How can I edit the questionnaire?

      Emails from the tool - Hiding recipient list

      Just wondering if anyone could help with distributing document acknowledgement and document review emails from the system.Currently, when the action owners receive the email, all recipient email addresses are visible in the To field. Is there any way to hide these email addresses? Many thanks for helping.

      connecting a field in the occurance form to a field in the incident report

      I have a field in my form called referral number. There is a field in my report also called referral number. I would like for the number entered in my form to auto-populate in the report field with the same name, but I can not figure out how. I have been reading the user guide and there is no indication on how to make that happen

      Huddle Desktop App - Synced Folders or Network Storage

      Hello,I hope this community can help clarify how the Huddle Desktop app works. I was invited to a Huddle platform by my employer and I’m using my personal computer (the company does not provide computers). Naturally, I’m concerned about adding software to my personal computer.How does the Desktop App function? Does it integrate into Mac’s Finder so that I’m able to browse files like a network storage drive? Do I have to access files via a standalone app? Does the app create a local folder on my computer that is then synced to the Huddle platform?  If I’m invited to multiple workspaces, are the files associated with those workspaces downloaded (synced) to my local drive?I’m asking because I have limited space on my personal computer and am concerned that if the app uses sync technology, it will eat up valuable hard drive space on my machine. Lastly, I’m working on professional design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premier Pro where files often get into the 1TB

      No-downtime US Government Cloud and EU/CA Production Update (2.64.0.1) starting Tuesday, April 21st, 2026

      We're deploying a patch to our US Government Cloud (FedRAMP) Production data center on Tuesday, April 21st, 2026, and our European and Canadian Production data centers on Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026. This patch adjusts back-end monitoring to reduce system overhead and was successfully applied in our US Production datacenter on April 1, 2026. Release notes are available here. Also note that the 2.64.1 release has been delayed by two weeks and will now happen on the following schedule:US Production: April 23, 2026 US Government Cloud Production (FedRAMP): April 30, 2026 EU/Canada Production: May 6, 2026As always, please contact us with any questions or concerns.-Greg

      Document Permissions to restrict access, viewing and printing

      Morning All,We’ve been using Quality Managment Professional (previoulsy Q-Pulse) for a number of years now and have a question around document permissions. When we initially set Q-Pulse up, we created a user group called “Basic User” for all users which gives access to certain modules, including docs and access to view and print attachments.We now want to be able to resrict access to certain document types to prevent printing or saving out of QMP to users local machines. Is there a way of doing this? (we’re currently on version 7.8.1.9)

      Restrictive Printing Based on Document Type

      Is there a way to restrict users so they can only view specific document types?We currently have separate document types set up for SOPs and Forms. Our goal is to allow users to view both, but only permit printing for Forms.However, I wasn’t able to find anything in the admin module that supports this level of selective control, permissions appear to be all or nothing when it comes to printing.

      I would like to search for all items that have their last activity by date that have a certain outcome.i.e.  All items with an outcome of Booking\OUT as below: This would enable me to list all items that are booked out of our gauge store.Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

      Published Date Field to Document Reports

      I want to create a Document Report that includes the Published Date instead of the Approval Date. Using the system field of Approval Date can lead to multiple rows for the same document, because there may be multiple approvers. I want only one row per document and the date to be the date it was published. Is there a way to do this currently?

      Document active date

      Would love some help please! We currently have our documents set to keep active date fixed (the date when the document originally became live) and review date to update when a document is reviewed. In some instances however, active date is updating after a review has been performed. For the life of me, I can’t work out where I can fix this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

      Import training records

      Hello! Is there a way to import training records from an excl spreadsheet? We are in mid-transition and I am trying to get historical training records uploaded into the QMS. I had hoped that the academy integration would move the records, but that does not appear to be there case. So I am leaning towards entering the completed training records (prior to 2025 when we got Academy/QMS) into the QMS but am unsure if it is possible to import them directly. I have a ticket currently open about the issue however I have not had any response, and it has been over a month. I need to work on getting this completed but am stuck.

      Document acknowledgement permissions and visibility

      Hi Everyone,I’m looking for guidance on best practices for requesting employees to acknowledge a document in the system without allowing them to acknowledge it on behalf of someone else. Unfortunately, at the moment this is possible, and I haven’t been able to find a way to restrict that permission.Additionally, is there a way to limit the visibility of the acknowledgement actions, so that each employee only sees the acknowledgement line associated with their own name, rather than seeing acknowledgement actions for all employees across the company?The screenshot below shows our current setup, which is what’s currently visible to all users.Any advice on configuration and permissions would be greatly appreciated.
