Hello,Is there a way to import data from an Excel sheet to create a custom field list, instead of adding each item manually one by one? I need to create a list with about 1,000 items, and entering them manually is taking quite a while.Thank you!

Hi,I have being asked to move a number of current/active accounts from Primary Licence to Secondary Licence.1.Can you let me know how to easy do this?What are the effects of moving from Primary to Secondary on the system? How do I archive a user with outstanding workload? This used to be straightforward in the system where you could go to Admin > People > Select User > Archive however. since this function has moved to the Admin Console / User Management on the web I’m struggling to do this. I have managed to make the user ‘Inactive’ in the admin module but can’t find where the outstanding workload has went for this user. I have checked the section for reassigning ownership in advanced workload and it is not there.

Hello,We really like the feature that allows us to convert a document (Word, Excel etc.) to a PDF. This can be done either when activating a draft, or when submitting for approval.Of course, we can also convert back again: When an active document is revised into a new draft/active document, and the checkbox to base the new file on a copy of the old is selected, the original attachment (Word/Excel) is made available again. This is great. We don’t need to keep backup copies of the original in other locations (file server etc.).However, in a few cases, such as when needing to make a minor adjustment or typo correction after a document has been made active, but without going through the full revision process, it’s more difficult.This is perhaps an edge case.Example workflow that leads to this issue:Create a Draft document, upload Word file, Activate and Convert to PDF Note a small mistake in the active document. Our system was due to be upgraded on ‘w/c 27 April.’ We moved to the cloud platform last year in hopes for smoother upgrade cycles. We have been very disappointed in the lack of communication. We expect to be told of outages and when the downtime will occur as a time window rather than a vague weeklong span. I have started this conversation to look for answers for my organisation into how we get this vital information. On Friday morning last week, our eQMS was down, and we had no alerts from Ideagen that the upgrade had occurred and also failed. We require it for producing to go ahead - if it is down we stand to lose a production and incur downtime loss. Our Sales executive was not contactable and we have been left to pick up the aftermath. Please can we get some answers.

We are planning no-downtime patch to the European and Canadian datacenters to deliver version 2.64.1.2, which contains a fix for date fields for users whose time zones are ahead of UTC. Hi all, does anybody have have any advice on whether CA/PA from a specific source can be made confidential?  I have a small group of users working on confidential actions that we don’t want to be visible to the rest of the business, is it possible to give view and edit access only to a small group.  Thank you in advance for any help you can offer

When will Ideagen look at integrating the action plans from each app to one overall action plan per site?  We have multiple sites with multiple actions and they need collating per site.

Hi there,I’m currently in the process of testing out the Safe Food software, and I’m trying to get the training module working. When creating a program, you can assign competency assessment questions. When i try to then create a training under that program, it only allows me to complete a report for the training. How would i go about sending the competency assessment questions to the employees being trained on the program?Thanks. 

Just recently within the last day or two started to get this message? It does not pop up on all emails and at this point seems to be random? What setting is this related to?

I am fairy certain Paul has previously said that Run Charts were not previously possible within InPhase but it was something in development. Is it now possible to set up run charts within InPhase? If so, can I be pointed in the direction of where I can learn how to do so? If not, is this still the intention, and if so, when?

I am trying to edit some questions for a Clinical Audit but when I try to save and overwrite, it tells me unable to change question from YesNoNA to Boolean (yesNo) as there are 376 entries.  When I then tried to create a different version it had the same error message.  How can I edit the questionnaire?

Good morning,Prior to the Ideagen Hub upgrade our users with Site Manager access were able to add new, archive or delete users.  Now they do not have access to Ideagen Hub to do this - I can give them Administrator access to HR & that gives them access to the Ideagen Hub home page, but not the Admin Console.  Can you please advise how this access can be set up ?

New to Ideagen, and just trying it out, so apologies for the basic questions. Auditor completed a step, entering the description of work done in the “Comments” field within that planning step. Then set the step to “Completed.” Now I (supervisor) need to review, but I cannot see the text she entered into the Comments field. What are we doing wrong?  Should the auditor not set the test to Completed? If she leaves it open, how do I know it’s ready to review? Thanks!
