Training Courses Not Completed

Can you assist on how to search for individualsĀ that did not complete a certain Training Course.

Unfortunately, I have been unable to do a simple search that prints āPersonĀ != Archived AndĀ Event Title != āTraining Event We Want To Look Atāā. Maybe something for Support to answer why this does not work?Ā
If you know your way around Reports, you can set it up on there.
- Search for all staff you want to report on
- Click āFileā āĀ āReport designerā āĀ select āCurrent viewā āĀ Click āDesignā
- Set the report up as follows:
Set the filter string to whatever training event you are looking for, Iāve used COSHH as an example:

- Click āPreviewā and voila! If you want to be really fancy, you can change the Null Value text in the second column to say something like āOutstandingā or you can also use conditional formatting to highlight those in red etc.Ā
Of note, this will only show Training Events that have a āCompletedā date, if they are Scheduled but not completed it will not appear in the list.

Thank you for the response. The event is not scheduled yet and individuals are not assigned to it. I need to produce a Report for individuals that did not complete the event, possibly form People Module.Ā All employees vs the ones that did not complete the event.
