Samsung Devices issues
Hi, just seeing if there is any known issues with Samsung devices having trouble with syncing Vault Notify & Check.
We are experiencing users with Samsung devices being unable to or it's taking a long time for them to upload reports and audits. We use workforce safety.

We're aware of some performance feedback following our recent app release, and our team is already working on enhancements to ensure a smoother experience across all devices, including Samsung. The app is functioning as designed, and these optimizations are actively in progress as part of our ongoing commitment to improving Workforce Safety for all users.
We don't have a confirmed timeline to share just yet, but rest assured this is on our radar and being prioritized accordingly.
