No-downtime Production Updates (2.66.1) starting Thursday, November 12th, 2026, and Maintenance
+2Platform Update
We are planning no-downtime updates to deliver Platform release 2.66.1 to the following Production datacenters:
- US: Thursday, November 12th
- US Government Cloud: Thursday, November 19th
- UK and Australia: Monday, November 23rd
- Europe and Canada: Tuesday, November 24th

Action
We updated your US Config areas (Build, Test and UAT) to this version on Thursday, November 5th. Please report any unexpected behavior you notice there ahead of the Production update — we will only proceed once we are confident in the quality of the release. Config areas in other regions will be updated ahead of their respective Production dates.
With this update, we plan to re-enable the improved search experience for US Config customers that had previously disabled the behavior. If anything looks off, contact support@ideagen.com or your Customer Success Manager.
Maintenance
We will be performing no-downtime software maintenance on all Production servers between Tuesday, November 17th and Wednesday, November 19th. US Government Cloud maintenance is scheduled separately. You can view the Maintenance Schedule for more information.
