What's changing and when
Today, September 1, 2026, at 6 PM Eastern, Ideagen EHSQ Enterprise is rolling out an upgraded search experience across all US-hosted config areas — Build, Test, and UAT. This guide currently applies to those environments only; other regions will follow in a later phase. This upgrade does not touch your underlying records.
During the rollout, the current and upgraded search versions run side by side ("dual feed") so the change can be switched on or off quickly if something doesn't look right.
