Update: Sender email address for system notifications
Early last week, we changed the sender/reply-to address for automated emails (notifications, reports, password resets, etc.) from @devonway.com to no-reply@ideagen.com, without enough advance notice. This change took effect across all commercial Production environments (US, EU, and Canada) by the end of last week. Many of you had customized reply-to addresses or filters built around your devonway.com address, and this change caused some organizations to stop receiving our emails. We're sorry for the disruption.
Why: The devonway.com domain is being retired. Support ends August 21, 2026 — after that, no devonway.com address will work, regardless of what's in use today.
Your options before August 21:
- Restore your previous @devonway.com address temporarily, to buy time before the final cutover.
- Move to @ideagen.com now, keeping your custom name (e.g. yourcompany@ideagen.com instead of the generic no-reply@) — this is the permanent destination.
If you don't choose, your account stays on its current no-reply@ideagen.com address and will need to move to @ideagen.com before August 21 regardless.
To choose an option: Contact your Customer Support Manager or Technical Account Manager, or open a support ticket, with your preferred option and custom name (if applicable). We'll confirm once it's done.
Either way: update your email filters/allow-lists to permit mail from your chosen address before August 21, or you may stop receiving automated notifications, reports, or password resets.

We have about 8 Accounts that still use the “@devonway.com” email address. Mostly interface /web services accounts. Will you be updating those accounts? Have new accounts been created under the “@ideagen” domain? [Ticket filed]
And just to confirm. This does not impact URLs that use the “@devonway.com” domain? Or does it?

Hi Bruce - Looks like we answered this in your TrakWay ticket, but for the benefit of others.

We're planning to add devonway.com as an alias within our email environment, so mail sent to @devonway.com addresses shouldn't bounce. That said, it may not automatically route to a specific person or inbox unless we explicitly set that up for each address. If you'd like us to set up custom @ideagen.com mailboxes for any of these, we're able to do that. Please follow your normal channels to address this with your Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager.
On your second question: no impact; the devonway.com web domains and login URLs are not changing. This transition only affects email, not the web/login domains.
