What’s changing and when
On Tuesday, November 3, 2026, we are rolling out an upgraded search experience across all EU- and Canada-hosted config areas: Build, Test, and UAT. You don’t need to take any action.

• EU config areas: 6 PM UTC (7 PM CET)
• Canada config areas: 6 PM Eastern (3 PM Pacific)

This applies to these config areas only. Production areas will follow in a later phase, and we’ll announce timing separately. The upgrade does not touch your underlying records, and your data stays in its current hosting region.

What to expect
During the rollout, the current and upgraded search versions run side by side. If results look different straight after the change, wait a few minutes and refresh. If something still doesn’t look right, we can switch your config area back to the previous search experience quickly.

What you can do
We recommend running a few of your usual searches and reports in Build, Test, and UAT afterwards. If anything looks off, contact support@ideagen.com or your Customer Success Manager. The upgraded search makes child data (table) reporting available; see the attached Quick Reference Guide below for more information.
