No-downtime Production Updates (2.65.3) starting Thursday, October 1st, 2026, and Maintenance
Platform Update
We are planning no-downtime updates to deliver Platform release 2.65.3 to the following Production datacenters:
- US: Thursday, October 1st
- US Government Cloud: Thursday, October 8th
- UK and Australia: Tuesday, October 13th
- Europe and Canada: Wednesday, October 14th

Action
We plan to update your US Config areas (Build, Test and UAT) to this version by Friday, September 25th. Please report any unexpected behavior you notice there ahead of the Production update — we will only proceed once we are confident in the quality of the release. Config areas in other regions will be updated ahead of their respective Production dates.
Maintenance
We will be performing no-downtime software maintenance on all Production servers between Tuesday, October 20th and Wednesday, October 21st. US Government Cloud maintenance is scheduled separately. You can view the Maintenance Schedule for more information.
